Refund Policy

We care about you and your family. If at any time and for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of ship date. We truly care about what you have to say, so please take a moment to fill out your reason for return on the original packing slip and include it in the parcel. 

Email info@matronee.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship the item back using the carrier of his/her choice.

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. 

If you are wising to exchange for a different size, return the unlaundered/unworn/unaltered item in the original packaging. Once we receive the original item, we will send you the replacement item. (Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.)

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM SHIP DATE.

To cancel an order, please contact Matroneé as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If you order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the item back from you and has been processed through our warehouse.

The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. We will send an email confirmation when refund has been processed for your records.
